HESI Testing Schedule at LDCC Monroe

DIRECTIONS TO SIGN UP FOR HESI TEST AT LDCC MONROE CAMPUS:

Students are advised to pay the proctor fee within 24 hours to reserve a testing seat. Delayed payment may result in the test center reaching capacity, preventing scheduling availability. Students who cannot meet the 24-hour payment deadline must contact the Testing Center Administrator before submitting payment.

*Do NOT send your proctor fee until you receive your first email from the Testing Administrator.*

Be aware that you are merely creating an account with Elsevier; you are not ordering your test through them. You will receive instructions on how to pay in your second email from the testing administrator.

1. Review the available HESI test dates and register any time before deadline for the desired test date.
2. After registering, look for first email. You will be contacted within 24 business hours with instructions on how to pay the $25 proctor fee. The second email will arrive within 24 business hours of sending your proctor fee.
3. Late proctor payments are not accepted nor transferred to another test date.
4. The second email will give you instructions on creating your HESI account, paying the $53 HESI fee, directions to the testing center, and test-day information. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.
5. Testing Center seating is limited; therefore, test reservations are confirmed in the order payments are received.

Fees

• Proctor fee and the HESI Exam fee are non-refundable and non-transferable (except those with a documented emergency). Contact the testing administrator for approved documentation requirements.
